This journey offers three full days of immersive cultural experience with the Hadzabe hunter-gatherers, followed by a final day visit to the Datoga pastoralist and blacksmith community.
Guests experience traditional bush life, hunting, and gathering before learning about pastoralism and metalworking traditions in the Lake Eyasi region.

Depart Arusha in the morning and drive to Lake Eyasi.
Upon arrival, meet the Hadzabe and begin an introduction to their lifestyle, including fire-making, traditional tools, and camp structure.
Spend the afternoon observing daily activities and interacting with families.
Overnight in a simple bush camp within the Hadzabe area.
Spend a full day with the Hadzabe in the bush.
In the early morning, join hunters as they track animals, use bows and arrows, and search for honey.
Later in the day, participate in gathering activities such as digging for tubers and collecting wild fruits.
Return to camp for overnight at the hadzabe village
Continue exploring Hadzabe daily life through hands-on participation.
